We are a real estate company based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Champion Oak was formed in partnership between two life-long friends. We’re a small but mighty business that thinks long-term, and we want to build a legacy, not just a business.

Our Team
Colin Ushkowitz
Managing Partner
Colin Ushkowitz brings a blend of financial expertise and real estate investment experience to Champion Oak. Prior to co-founding the firm, Colin served as a trusted financial advisor to investors during his four-year tenure with a Greenwich, CT-based Registered Investment Advisor.
Since 2020, Colin has focused his career on real estate investment. Drawing on his background in financial advisory and strategic relationship management, he now leads Champion Oak’s acquisition strategy, capital funding efforts, and financial operations. His ability to identify and execute high-potential investment opportunities, combined with a disciplined approach to portfolio growth, helps drive the firm’s long-term success.
Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Villanova University. He is also a licensed real estate professional and has passed the FINRA Series 65 exam.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Colin is passionate about traveling, race cars, sports, and physical fitness, continually seeking out new challenges and experiences that fuel his drive both personally and professionally.
Aidan MacIsaac
Managing Partner
Aidan brings a mix of corporate and free-lance experience to Champion Oak. Prior to co-founding the firm, Aidan worked in a few capacities, beginning as a research assistant in a strategic communications consulting practice, then working as a contractor and entrepreneur specializing in digital assets and physical product arbitrage. His passion for real estate and property improvement began when he was young, helping his father with projects around the house.
Aidan oversees Champion Oak’s marketing strategy, operational infrastructure, organizational development, and project management, including property rehabilitation efforts.
Aidan holds a Masters of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Delaware.
Beyond real estate, Aidan enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and learning new things in the technology field.
Christopher Maxwell
Home Buying Specialist & Project Manager
Christopher Maxwell brings a diverse background in business consulting, media strategy, and client relationship management to Champion Oak. Prior to joining the firm, Christopher spent several years working as a business and media consultant, helping organizations across the financial services, hospitality, asset management, and digital marketing sectors improve operations, strengthen their brands, and drive growth.
At Champion Oak, Christopher specializes in homeowner outreach and acquisitions, working directly with sellers to identify solutions for complex real estate challenges. His ability to build meaningful relationships, understand client needs, and navigate difficult situations helps homeowners confidently move forward while creating opportunities for the firm. Christopher is driven by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and delivering results through hard work and collaboration.
Christopher holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, a Digital Marketing Analytics Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rowan University.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Christopher enjoys spending time with family and friends, pursuing physical fitness, and mentoring others in business and personal development. He is passionate about helping people recognize their potential and achieve meaningful growth in both their personal and professional lives.
